Terms of payment and use

Basic membership is free of charge. You keep your basic membership until you choose to end your membership. If you do not log in for 48 months, your membership may be cancelled.

Premium accounts are subject to a fee and the current prices are published on the homepage. Premium membership automatically changes to a basic membership when you decide to unsubscribe. No commitment period.

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

Payment for a Premium subscription is made in advance using one of the payment methods described below.

The subscriber chooses the payment method when signing the Premium subscription. The payment method can be changed during the current payment period by logging in to the online service with your own login. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the "My Account" menu on our website.

The payment must be received by the first day of each payment period. In the event of late payment, BTL Casting shall be entitled to charge interest on arrears and a reminder and recovery fee in accordance with the law. BTL Casting reserves the right to transfer the claim to a third party, for example to enable recovery of the claim.
The length of the payment periods varies depending on the payment method chosen by the subscriber. The payment period for the different payment options is described in more detail below. Subscribers can log into their account on the website to see how long a payment period is left and to be informed of the last time they need to cancel their subscription in order not to be charged for a new period.

The following payment periods and cancellation periods apply for Premium monthly subscriptions:

If the subscriber opts for a monthly fee, it starts immediately and the annual fee is for a fixed period of twelve (12) months and can be paid via Mobilepay or by debit or credit card.

If the subscriber wishes the subscription to expire at the end of the initial payment period without renewal, the subscriber must cancel the subscription at least 2 days before the end of the payment period. If no such cancellation is made, the subscription period will be extended indefinitely, on a month-by-month basis. Cancellation by the subscriber at the end of a fixed payment period must be made at least 2 days before the start of the next renewal period in order for the subscription to expire at the end of that payment period. If the cancellation is received less than 2 days before the start of the next renewal month, the subscription will be terminated at the end of the payment period following the cancellation.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BTL Casting reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be notified to the customer before the change comes into effect. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will come into force for an individual subscriber at the earliest at the end of the current payment period (i.e. at the end of the current payment period, depending on the payment method chosen).

Except as set out above, BTL Casting may change the Terms at shorter notice as a result of changes in applicable law or decisions of public authorities. In such cases, the customer shall always have the right to terminate the order at the latest from the date on which the change to the contract takes effect.
