My name is Evgeniy Solovyev, and I am from Saint Petersburg, Russia. My journey in film began in 2007 as a stunt fencer (before that, I worked as an entrepreneur). Later, I realized I wanted to build my life around cinema, so I studied directing at the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors in Moscow, in the workshop of Oscar-winning director Vladimir Menshov. I have directed three short films and am currently preparing a feature-length project. I also enjoy participating in productions as an actor and have experience working in TV series and films as an extra and in supporting roles.
